📋 Description
• Lead the development of web solutions focused on anti-money laundering (AML) • Define and implement product strategies aligned with business needs, user experience, and regulatory requirements • Manage the product lifecycle from conception through delivery and continuous evolution • Ensure solution usability with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency • Analyze and model databases • Produce technical and functional documentation, including requirements, process flows, and technical specifications • Manage budgets and teams, allocating resources and meeting deadlines and targets • Coordinate software development in partnership with engineering and design teams • Use agile management tools such as JIRA to organize and prioritize the backlog, sprints, and deliveries • Conduct discovery and hypothesis validation • Prioritize initiatives based on value and impact • Monitor product metrics and KPIs • Define business rules and acceptance criteria
🎯 Requirements
• Senior experience as a Product Owner • Experience in database analysis and data modeling • Experience producing technical and functional documentation • Experience managing budgets and teams • Experience coordinating software development • Proficiency with agile management tools such as JIRA • Experience in discovery and hypothesis validation • Value- and impact-driven prioritization • Knowledge of product metrics and KPIs • Defining business rules and acceptance criteria • Concepts of APIs and integrations • Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Product and development management tools such as JIRA • Principles of UX, usability, and user journeys • Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma
