📋 Description

• Lead the development of web-based solutions focused on anti-money laundering (AML) • Define and implement product strategies • Align the product with business needs, user experience, and regulatory requirements • Manage the product lifecycle, from conception through delivery and continuous improvement • Ensure solution usability and operational efficiency • Analyze and model databases • Produce technical and functional documentation, requirements, process flows, and technical specifications • Manage budgets and teams, allocating resources and meeting deadlines and targets • Coordinate software development in partnership with engineering and design teams • Use agile management tools such as JIRA to organize and prioritize the backlog, sprints, and deliverables • Conduct discovery and validate hypotheses • Prioritize initiatives based on value and impact • Track product metrics and performance indicators • Define business rules and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner for web products or solutions • Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory requirements • Database analysis and modeling • Technical and functional documentation • Budget and team management • Software development coordination • Use of JIRA for backlog, sprints, and deliverables • Product discovery and hypothesis validation • Value- and impact-driven prioritization • Product metrics and performance indicators • Definition of business rules and acceptance criteria • Understanding of APIs and integrations • Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban • Principles of UX, usability, and user journeys • Bachelor’s degree or technical degree • Availability to work full-time
