📋 Description
• Lead the creation and evolution of a robust visual design system • Define typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, motion principles, and theming • Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms (web, mobile, emerging surfaces) • Translate brand principles into usable, flexible UI systems • Maintain consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences • Ensure the system supports localization, accessibility, and scalability • Set the bar for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail • Conduct visual reviews and mentor designers on craft and system usage • Push teams from “acceptable” to exceptional design quality • Work closely with UX Design Leads to align visual expression with interaction logic • Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs • Contribute to design ops: documentation, governance, and contribution models
🎯 Requirements
• 6–9 years of experience in Visual / UI / Product Design • Demonstrated leadership in building and maintaining visual design systems • Deep expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Mastery of Figma, design tokens, and component-driven UI workflows • Strong portfolio showing system thinking + visual excellence
