📋 Description

• Execute and oversee the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle • Ensure the accuracy of postings, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to internal policies and local and international regulations • Manage billing for domestic and international clients • Monitor receivables and conduct collection activities • Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records • Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow • Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making • Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors regarding financial matters • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes • Optimize efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support the organization’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration • At least 3 years of solid experience in finance roles, with direct responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable • Fluent English required for communication with international clients and teams • Strong knowledge of accounting principles • Experience with ERP systems • Proficiency in Excel • Strong analytical thinking • Excellent organizational skills • Keen attention to detail • Strong, structured communication skills
