📋 Description

• Execute and supervise the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate postings, timely processing, and compliance with policies and regulations. • Manage billing for domestic and international clients, monitor receivables, and conduct collections. • Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses, identifying and resolving discrepancies. • Support the preparation and monitoring of cash flow. • Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support leadership decision-making. • Serve as a point of contact for clients and suppliers on financial matters. • Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. • Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in financial roles, with direct responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Fluent English, spoken and written, mandatory for communication with international clients and teams. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles. • Experience with ERP systems. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Analytical mindset, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and structured communication. • Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council) will be considered a plus. • MBA or postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or related areas is desirable. • Previous experience in multinational companies or consulting firms is desirable.
