• Communicate and negotiate: Engage with clients, handle complex inquiries, and negotiate service agreements directly. • Research and development: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform decisions and provide specialized legal advice through well-founded opinions. • Representation and defense: Act as the company’s representative in highly complex legal proceedings and protect its interests. • Innovation and leadership: Innovate and pursue smart solutions to address diverse legal needs, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role within the company.
🎯 Requirements
• Postgraduate degree in Business Law • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese • Genuine passion for handling complex legal issues in the field of business/corporate law • Collaborative disposition and the ability to effectively lead complex legal projects • Innovative mindset and adaptability to handle a variety of legal challenges
