📋 Description

• Engage with clients, handle complex inquiries, and negotiate service agreements directly. • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support decision-making and deliver specialized legal advice through well-reasoned opinions. • Represent the firm in highly complex legal proceedings and protect its interests. • Develop innovative, practical solutions to address diverse legal needs, with opportunities to assume a leadership role within the firm.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Family and Succession Law, evidenced by legal practice, academic research, publications, or an academic career. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese. • A genuine interest in tackling complex legal issues in the area of family and succession law. • A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead complex legal projects effectively. • An innovative approach and adaptability to address a range of legal challenges.
