📋 Description

• Engage with clients and handle inquiries • Negotiate service agreements directly with clients • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis • Provide specialized legal counsel through well-informed opinions • Represent the firm in highly complex administrative and judicial legal proceedings • Safeguard the firm's interests • Innovate and develop intelligent solutions for diverse legal needs • Take a leadership role within the firm • Shape and enhance the firm's legal strategy, focusing on labor-sector matters

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Maritime Law through legal practice, scholarly research, publications, or an academic career • Exceptional verbal and written communication proficiency in English and Portuguese • Passion for complex legal matters within maritime law • Collaborative disposition and ability to lead complex legal projects effectively • Innovative mindset and adaptability • Pós-Graduação em Direito Marítimo • English language proficiency • Postgraduate education in law/maritime law • Cooperado contract arrangement
