📋 Description

• Act as the team's technical reference in defining solutions, development standards, and software architecture. • Implement complex features, optimize performance, and adopt new technologies. • Support the evolution of infrastructure, security, and DevOps processes, ensuring operational efficiency. • Contribute to team development through mentorship and code reviews, while ensuring compliance with information security standards and the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), and maintaining application performance and scalability. • Provide technical support to the team, ensuring implementation of best practices, code review, and the evolution of the software architecture. • Lead requirements analysis and define technical solutions, ensuring efficient implementation of new features and system improvements. • Serve as a technical point of reference for the team, assisting in developing complex solutions and promoting the adoption of new technologies. • Actively participate in defining development patterns, frontend componentization, and backend scalability. • Identify and resolve critical performance, security, and architecture issues, ensuring application robustness. • Research and implement technological innovations that add product value and increase the development team's efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of infrastructure and DevOps strategy, optimizing CI/CD processes and deployment automation. • Support team formation and development by promoting mentorship, pair programming, and knowledge sharing. • Participate in and monitor the migration from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to AWS. • Ensure compliance with information security standards and adherence to the LGPD, mitigating operational and regulatory risks. • Perform all activities while affiliated with Cartão de TODOS, generating cashback and using services and products within the ecosystem.
