• Collaborate closely with our core design team to translate briefs into thoughtful, polished designs. • Design mobile-first UI and interaction flows that feel modern, clean, and motivating. • Apply amp’s design principles to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across surfaces. • Contribute to feature areas like gamification mechanics, community features, motivation features, and AI-powered coaching experiences. • Work independently and asynchronously, with clear communication and attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mobile product design. • Strong UI and interaction design craft, with excellent attention to hierarchy and polish. • Familiarity with modern mobile design systems and conventions (iOS/Android). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, async environment. • Based in South America or Europe for timezone alignment. • Portfolio showcasing relevant mobile product design work.
