📋 Description

• Own the architecture and system design for AMPECO's global SaaS platform • Set the technical direction AI agents build within and assess their output • Groom stories with product owners and sharpen requirements into implementation-ready specifications • Direct AI agents and validate implementation plans, acceptance-test plans, test evidence, and proof of work • Hold final approval for completed stories • Codify review feedback into skills, rules, and checklists • Contribute to CODA by refining agent instructions, strengthening automated quality guardrails, and extending workflows • Review plans, diffs, bugs, root causes, fixes, and test results • Queue the next batch of work for automated implementation and testing • Take product ownership from intent through production and own quality and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals in system design, API design, data modeling, and code review • Ability to review work at the depth of code one could have built themselves • Strong writing skills for specifications and review feedback • Taste and judgment for software quality • Curiosity about AI engineering tooling and willingness to co-own the development factory • Experience with PHP/Laravel is a plus • Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or React Native is a plus • Engineering depth valued more than framework history
