📋 Description

• Define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region; • Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities in the Nordic region; • Perform key account management on selected strategic clients; • Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers; • Provide proactive market intelligence; • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events; • Attend local events and represent AMPECO in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region is a MUST; • 5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software; • Thought leader in e-mobility bringing a local network of target accounts and partners; • Must be proactive and take ownership of the market; • Hunter mentality; • Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach; • Based in the Nordic region; • Willingness to travel internationally; • BA/MA degree in Business or Engineering; • Fluency in English.
