📋 Description

• lead the Technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and delivery velocity • own and continuously improve the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process • drive the long-term roadmap for core enterprise applications • implement the strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows • manage vendor relationships with third-party consultants • collaborate with Systems leadership and business teams • work closely with the Amplify data team to ensure alignment and integrity of data • establish and continuously improve technological "ways of working"

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership • expert-level architectural knowledge in at least two of our primary platforms: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi • experience managing the evolution of a complex SaaS ecosystem • experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • extensive experience managing high-output consultant teams and staff augmentation models • deep understanding of middleware and integration patterns • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
