📋 Description

• Support the Physician Recruitment Department by providing strategic support through recruitment cycles, marketing campaigns, and operational project initiatives • Manage applicant tracking system, candidate sourcing, analytics reporting, and integration facilitation • Contribute to project management, executive-level presentations, and board meeting materials • Attend conferences and physician events to manage event happenings • Generate reports for Operation Leaders regarding recruiting opportunities and candidate pipeline • Oversee candidate recruitment phases and manage job postings for high visibility • Administer recruitment email campaigns and market opportunities through databases • Collaborate with recruiters and directors to identify high-urgency opportunities/markets • Facilitate physician leads through texting, email campaigns, and social media outreach • Manage Recruitment Hiring and Practice Assistance process • Provide tactical and administrative support for various initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, physician relations, or similar roles • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level audiences • Ability to build relationships and influence across diverse stakeholder groups • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with webinar platforms and data visualization tools is a plus
