📋 Description

• Manage customer opportunities end-to-end from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, proof of concepts, scoping, pricing and commercial discussions • Hand over won work to the implementation team • Build relationships with existing customers and identify new use cases and expansion opportunities • Work with Smartsheet Account Executives and the wider Smartsheet team on joint account planning and opportunity development across DACH and wider markets • Develop new opportunities through account research, strategic outreach, events and collaboration with marketing and partners • Help shape AMX’s consulting and commercial approach, partner strategy and go-to-market solutions • Mentor other consultants and assume increasing responsibility across AMX’s commercial activities • Help customers improve productivity and accelerate innovation through customised technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in technology consulting, solutions consulting, SaaS or digital transformation • Commercial experience taking customer conversations from discovery through solution design, scoping, negotiation and close • Technical hands-on ability to build and demonstrate proposed solutions • Smartsheet experience is a big advantage • Strong Excel skills or experience configuring SaaS, workflow, low-code or business applications can also be a fit • Ability to turn complex or unclear business problems into structured solutions • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and explaining technical solutions in terms of business value • Customer relationship-building and opportunity identification skills • Comfort working without a perfect playbook and shaping processes • Interest in mentoring others and taking on broader responsibility over time • German at native/C2 level • Fluent English • Ideally based in Germany • Comfortable travelling for customers, partner meetings and events, typically up to five days per month • A relevant degree is welcome, but not required; experience and delivered results are more important
