📋 Description

• Architect end-to-end technical blueprints balancing client requirements with budget, timelines, and technical constraints • Ensure designs prioritize scalability, high availability, and security • Lead technical discovery sessions during pre-sales and evaluate RFP requirements • Build high-level solution concepts and cost estimates with the business development team • Evaluate, benchmark, and select technology stacks, cloud platforms, frameworks, databases, and third-party integrations • Design system architectures spanning electronics hardware, embedded firmware, and mechanical systems, with emphasis on Industrial, Automotive, consumer/prosumer, and security and surveillance use cases • Provide technical governance and mentorship to engineering teams • Review code and architecture, establish engineering best practices, and troubleshoot complex bottlenecks • Create hands-on prototypes and proofs of concept to validate architectural theories and minimize technical risk • Translate complex technical layouts into plain, value-driven language for non-technical stakeholders and executive client boards • Support sales teams in winning new accounts through technical pitches • Provide documentation and starter blueprints to accelerate engineering team ramp-up

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 8+ years in software engineering or systems design • At least 3+ years specifically in an architectural or client-facing consultant capacity • Advanced expertise in complete product design life cycle • Hands-on experience with BSP and firmware development using multiple microcontrollers and microprocessors • Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and containerization • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and standards • Experience working on production line testing and test fixtures • Ability to understand changing client business models across Automotive, Industrial, Healthcare, and Consumer verticals • Comfort stepping into legacy systems with poor documentation and mapping modernization roadmaps • Proven ability to guide cross-functional developer teams and gain trust from client leadership
