📋 Description

• Act as technical lead on incoming opportunities, including discovery calls, technical qualification, architecture and integration questions, pitches, and demos • Work directly with customers to understand complex workflows, design pilots, and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Design and build functional prototypes suitable for handover to Product and Engineering • Lead technical engagements, architecture deep dives, workshops, data integration, and app customization discussions • Hand over won opportunities to Product and Engineering with documentation and customer context • Represent market feedback to Product and inform the roadmap • Maintain reusable demo assets, reference prototypes, and technical collateral • Feed back platform gaps and prototyping friction to product teams • Build and operate solutions for Orcrist's Kubernetes-based B2B SaaS and self-hosted, air-gapped data intelligence platform serving defense, law enforcement, and enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of platform architecture and integration concepts • Ability to build functional prototypes quickly to a standard others can take over • Comfort in customer-facing settings • Ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders • Excellent communication skills for articulating complex architectures to technical stakeholders and executive audiences • Structured approach to documenting trade-off discussions between commercial and product priorities • Fluent German and English (C1+) • Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally and internationally • Authorization to work in Germany
