📋 Description

• Educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for business and database needs • Drive proofs of concept, pilots, challenges, and evaluations hands-on with customers • Help customers meet technology and business requirements using Redis databases, products, solutions, and services • Understand, quantify, and verify customer business needs and use cases • Work with customer technical teams, including architects, developers, PMOs, and C-level experts, to ensure successful POCs and pilots • Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies and identify new opportunities and business with existing accounts • Present Redis, its capabilities, and technology to customers, highlighting business impact and competitive advantages • Use customer feedback to improve product materials and technical best practices • Provide feedback to Product Management and R&D teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, ideally database engineering, for enterprise software • Hands-on experience with server-side software development and Linux • Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems • BS in Computer Science, B.A., or equivalent work experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Able to travel regularly to visit customer sites • Excellent written and spoken English • Legal eligibility to work in Germany • Successful completion of a background check
