📋 Description

• Translate business requirements into a clear technical target architecture • Facilitate alignment between Business and Delivery • Own solutions end to end – from architecture and implementation management through code reviews and delivery quality • Decide between standard platforms and custom development • Assess when No-Code/Low-Code is sufficient • Break work down into clear, estimable work packages • Lead and orchestrate English-speaking onshore and nearshore teams • Support customers from specialist departments through to management • Explain architecture in business terms and constructively challenge processes • Act as the technical anchor, unblock teams, and ensure smooth handovers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Full-Stack and cloud-native foundation • Proficiency in a modern backend language, such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Go • Experience with a modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue • Cloud experience with AWS or a comparable platform • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform • Sufficiently deep technical knowledge to make well-founded architecture decisions and conduct reviews • Willingness to use and extend the standard platforms cplace, monday.com, and Atlassian • Fluent German and strong English skills • Experience with AI-assisted development and AI-in-Delivery workflows is a strong plus • Experience in regulated or complex enterprise domains such as Automotive, Pharma/Life Sciences, Finance, or the Public Sector is a strong plus • Self-organized, reliable, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones
