📋 Description

• Analyze customer processes and identify automation and Conversational AI opportunities • Develop voice and chatbot solutions as well as technical solution designs • Select and evaluate suitable Conversational AI platforms and technologies • Configure, test, and optimize prompts, dialogue flows, and bot performance • Integrate customer systems via APIs and interfaces • Implement technical requirements using JavaScript and Python • Support projects from technology evaluation through go-live • Create technical documentation and establish best practices and prompt libraries • Collaborate with customer IT teams, internal teams, and other stakeholders • Analyze customer requirements, identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and implement them hands-on from a technical perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical field • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Conversational AI Engineer, Solution Engineer, Technical Consultant, or in a comparable role • Experience implementing voice or chatbot solutions on commonly used industry platforms • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI • Good knowledge of JavaScript and Python • Experience with APIs, system integration, and technical interfaces • Understanding of automation opportunities and customer processes • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for experimenting with and advancing new technologies • Experience in the CX/customer service environment is a plus
