📋 Description

• Manage the relationship with Senior Level Management for Strategic Partners • Work closely with Agencies to drive production • Conduct phone meetings and in-person visits • Conduct training webinars and assist new product launches • Negotiate commission incentives and production goals • Document all activities in SalesForce • Meet production goals for assigned territory • Develop new potential Strategic Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) • 5+ years’ related experience (Preferred) • Established relationships with large national cluster groups • Strong attention to detail • Ability to analyze data and present recommendations • High level of maturity to handle sensitive situations • Strong work ethic and excellent time management skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance
