📋 Description

• Anagram is a digital assets holding company investing in and incubating innovative crypto projects. • Ensure reliability, security, and performance of backend systems. • Design and implement scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes. • Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain system health. • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for backend services and smart contracts. • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in distributed systems to improve performance. • Implement and enforce security policies for key management and access controls. • Work on cutting-edge crypto infrastructure and decentralized systems. • Choose your work style: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office. • Collaborate with top-tier engineers in fast-moving environments across blockchain ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Backend Engineering roles. • Strong coding skills in Python, Go, Rust, or Bash for automation and tooling. • Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration. • Expertise in blockchain node infrastructure (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos) is a plus. • Familiarity with Web3 security considerations and best practices for smart contract deployments.
