📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective customers and partners. • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with customers to understand their specific challenges. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements. • Support the sales team in the quotation process, and provide technical responses for RFIs/RFPs. • Onboard our new partners and enable them to successfully bring Anapaya-based solutions to the market. • Drive the successful roll-out of Anapaya’s solutions. • Cultivate customer advocates and champions, securing testimonials and case studies. • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner and customer stakeholders. • Proactively monitor customer health and product/feature/functionalities adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a presales, technical account management, solutions architect, system engineer, or technical customer success role within the B2B networking or fixed-networks telecommunications industry. • Demonstrable experience with routing technologies (SD-WAN, SDCI, NaaS), protocols (e.g., BGP, MPLS), and network security. • Experience working with ISPs, carriers, datacenter operators, cloud services providers, or large enterprises operating critical infrastructures. • Good knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols. • Familiarity with the Internet infrastructure ecosystem and macro-economy. • Familiarity with configuring carrier- or enterprise-grade routers or SD-WAN solutions, with cloud networking concepts, with virtualization, with network management systems and tools, with scripting and basic coding, are a plus. • Project management, security, network-vendor, SD-WAN or cloud-networking certifications are great assets. • Proficiency in collaboration tools including Google workspace, Microsoft Office 365, work-management tools (e.g., Monday) and CRM (e.g. HubSpot), etc. • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Dutch and/or French is a significant asset. Other languages are a plus. • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and methodical approach to technical challenges. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment characteristic of a new market entry.
