📋 Description

• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems • Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and architectural approaches • Design and implement scalable web applications using .NET Framework/Core/5+ and modern UI frameworks • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code • Lead complex technical projects from conception to delivery • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable applications on Azure/AWS • Mentor junior and mid-level developers • Lead code reviews and improve development standards and processes • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams • Present technical solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Participate in hiring decisions and conduct technical interviews • Lead automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipeline development • Facilitate architectural decision-making and technical discussions • Lead Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and estimation • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the software development lifecycle • Drive performance optimization and scalability • Stay current with emerging technologies and lead improvements • Lead knowledge sharing and technical training • Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decision records

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership • Expert-level proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core/5+ • Strong experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js • Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS • Advanced proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar • Deep expertise in software architecture patterns and scalable, distributed systems • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows • Strong background in REST, JSON, and GraphQL API design and development • Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code • Proven experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior and mid-level developers • Experience leading Agile/Scrum practices and technical ceremonies • Strong communication skills for presenting technical concepts to various audiences • Demonstrated ability to make technical decisions considering business impact
