📋 Description

• Lead or participate in client requirements-gathering and workflow-mapping workshops • Advise clients on using Anaqua and streamlining business processes for operational efficiency • Identify and agree on client-specific requirements and configure Anaqua to meet them • Scope and schedule system configuration from requirements gathering through delivery, testing, and user training • Collaborate with clients and Anaqua internal teams to ensure requirements are met in a timely, structured manner • Elicit business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task/workflow analysis • Gather documents required to configure Anaqua’s proprietary software platform and deliver end-to-end IP management and technology solutions • Assist with mapping legacy-system fields and values to ANAQUA • Train client users on ANAQUA product features and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; confident to ask questions and explore options • Fast learner able to grasp client’s needs and priorities quickly • Critical thinking: able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs • Strong client management skills, including the ability to work with clients to agree priorities and final requirements • Presentation and meeting management skills; able to lead meetings confidently and drive group discussions; excellent meeting preparation and follow-up • Competent in project management methodology and tools • Excellent client-facing and client communication skills • Experience working in SaaS implementations • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project • Ability to travel to client sites for requirements gathering and training, subject to COVID-19 travel policies • BS/BA, MS and/or PM Certification from a recognized institution or equivalent relevant work experience • 2+ years of equivalent relevant work experience • Minimum Business Level Japanese and English language skills
