📋 Description

• Deliver analysis, design, code, tests, documentation, and release notes using agentic tooling as the default • Set up and maintain repository context, rules files, reusable prompts, skills, MCP integrations, and sub-agent patterns • Apply AI to legacy code comprehension, content and data migration scripts, test generation, regression triage, and documentation • Review AI-generated output rigorously and remain accountable for shipped work • Design and build AEM Sites components, templates, and Sling Models across authoring and delivery tiers • Configure and extend AEM Assets and Content Hub, including DAM workflows and metadata schemas • Develop and maintain Java backend services integrating AEM with CRM and enterprise systems • Build React JS or equivalent frontend experiences using design-system and accessibility standards • Deliver AEM Headless solutions using Content Fragments and GraphQL • Structure content with Schema.org markup for search and AI discoverability • Implement and govern Adobe Analytics integration, data layers, and tracking accuracy • Own Dispatcher and CDN caching, cache invalidation, page weight, and Core Web Vitals performance • Operate and deploy within AEM as a Cloud Service using Cloud Manager pipelines and Dispatcher configuration • Maintain version-control discipline, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews • Design and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium • Support security and penetration testing cycles and remediate findings • Own features from technical design through build, testing, deployment, and hypercare • Engage directly with client stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions • Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement • Mentor engineers and contribute to AEM delivery standards, reusable patterns, and AI playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable, current, daily use of AI and agentic coding tools such as Claude, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent • Ability to structure repository context, rules, reusable prompts, skills, MCP integrations, and sub-agent patterns • 6–8+ years in full stack software engineering • At least 4 years dedicated to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Experience developing AEM Sites components and templates across frontend and backend • Knowledge of Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, client libraries, OSGi services, workflow models, and JCR content modelling • Experience with AEM Assets and Content Hub, DAM workflows, and metadata governance • Experience with AEM Headless, Content Fragments, GraphQL, and Schema.org markup • Strong core Java (Java 8+), Spring, and RESTful API design skills • Experience integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Dynamics • Experience with Adobe Analytics data layer implementation and tracking • Proficiency in React JS or an equivalent framework such as Angular or Vue • Experience with component-based design systems and WCAG 2.1 AA standards • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, Cloud Manager pipelines, Dispatcher, CDN, DNS, and environment topology • Test automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium • Working knowledge of security testing and exposure to penetration testing, including remediation • End-to-end delivery ownership in Agile teams and active participation in Scrum ceremonies • Client-facing consulting or agency experience • Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders • At least one current Adobe Certification, such as AEM Sites Developer or AEM Developer • Ability to work AI-first and provide specific examples in an application and live exercise
