📋 Description

• Work on development projects and enhancements for ServiceNow • Handle troubleshooting tickets in ServiceNow • Design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules, client scripts, UI pages/actions/policies, ACLs, notifications, ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS solutions • Apply development skills including HTML, CSS, and Angular JS • Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances • Design and maintain a highly available and recoverable environment • Review requirements to ensure sufficient detail for accurate estimation • Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current • Conduct peer reviews, mentor, and share technical knowledge with the service management team • Work with process owners and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 yrs. of total and relevant experience as ServiceNow Developer • Worked in ITSM organizational structure • Experience implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request and CMDB process areas • ServiceNow Development experience • ITIL knowledge • ServiceNow System Admin Certification • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • Written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT or relevant work experience • Ability to work evening shift, 5pm–2am IST
