📋 Description
• Assist with analyzing core services and corresponding bank and regulatory requirements • Memorialize and protect contracts, products, and relationships • Collaborate with the team to build consumer-critical aspects for new business lines
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. degree • 5+ years of experience practicing law • 4+ years specializing in consumer protection and/or retail regulatory compliance • Demonstrable knowledge of the **FTC Act** and state consumer protection laws • Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills • Excellent communication, drafting, negotiation, and presentation skills • Enthusiasm for crypto and foundational understanding of the crypto industry • Previous in-house legal experience at a regulated financial institution or exchange
