📋 Description
• Drive day-to-day management of blockchain teams • Collaborate with leading protocols and their investors on on-chain interactions • Manage backlog of features and improvements • Communicate roadmap across stakeholders • Educate scrum team on external protocol needs
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant product management experience • Experience with blockchain and web3 companies not required • Ability to drive and manage complex projects across multiple teams • Background in engineering • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Autonomous decision-making that aligns with strategic goals • Empathy and adaptability to complement others’ working styles
