📋 Description
• Design and build dynamic, branded customer flows using OmniScripts. • Create modular, data-driven user interfaces using FlexCards. • Configure DataRaptors and Integration Procedures to extract, transform, and load data between Salesforce and external APIs. • Implement industry-specific functionality such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Attribute-Based Pricing, or Advanced Approvals. • Optimize Integration Procedures to ensure fast UI response times and efficient handling of large data payloads. • Use Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) only when declarative OmniStudio tools reach their functional limits.
🎯 Requirements
• Expert knowledge of OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures. • Hands-on experience with at least one Industry Cloud (e.g., Vlocity/Communications Cloud, Energy & Utilities, or Health Cloud). • Strong understanding of JSON structure, REST APIs, and CSS (for styling FlexCards/OmniScripts). • Ability to map complex business processes into branching logic and calculation matrices. • Preferred Certifications include Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer (Essential), Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer (Highly Preferred), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
