📋 Description
• Process and integrate customer data • Serve as the customer service liaison between the company and the customer(s) • Resolve problems and handle customer concerns • Build relationships with customers • Process Customs and PGA entries for clearance of goods into the United States • Review commercial invoices and documentation • Ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulatory agencies • Coordinate shipping details with U.S. forwarders and carriers • Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and vendors • Handle accounting processes accurately
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED • Willing to work weekends • Previous brokerage experience
