📋 Description
• Processing and assimilating customer data to support the movement of goods between international borders • Acts as the customer service liaison between the company and the customer(s) • Resolves problems (i.e. billing, tracking shipments) and handles customer concerns • Processes Customs and PGA (Participating Government Agency) entries for clearance of goods into the United States • Communicates with specific offices, departments, and teams on all issues affecting customs brokerage
🎯 Requirements
• High school Diploma/GED • 3+ years of Customs brokerage experience • Previous experience keying customs entries • Previous experience with PGAs i.e. FDA, LACEY, EPA etc.
