• Support the Center of Excellence for Culture and Employee Experience team in planning and executing programs (#1ANDRITZway, Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and area projects, working collaboratively and learning about ongoing initiatives. • Assist in organizing and preparing content for internal trainings and programs (presentations, videos, manuals, etc.), supporting everything from scriptwriting to publishing/execution, as well as attendance tracking and record keeping. • Support the collection and organization of engagement survey data and the Global Inclusion Program data to update the area’s indicators. • Assist in planning, executing and promoting internal campaigns, culture and engagement initiatives, and events, contributing to the preparation of visual materials and copy, ensuring alignment with the internal brand identity and tone. • Coordinate with the external communications agency by submitting requests, tracking deliverables and reviewing materials. • Support reporting by collecting and organizing communication data (engagement, reach, employee feedback, etc.) for basic analyses.
• Advanced English (required) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) • Clear and adaptable written communication, with the ability to adjust language, tone and format for different internal audiences. • Ability to create and edit basic content (texts, presentations, announcements, training materials). • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Public Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (from the 3rd semester onward).
