📋 Description

• ANDRITZ delivers innovative solutions to customers globally; focuses on non-OEM refiner service growth; lead role with technical and strategic leadership in the market. • Role includes profitability and growth of the competitive equipment product line and leadership across technical and sales aspects. • Travel to mills / customers required; 50–60% in North America. • Provide direction to the sales force, develop proposals, product costing, and pricing with the LCRP Manager & Site Manager. • Provide product training to sales force and RPMs to enable them to explain and sell our product and services. • Execute projects including service and all quality aspects; lead make/buy decisions affecting competitiveness and profitability. • Strategic planning with regional/global product team to establish long- and short-term sales objectives; identify annual training needs. • Travel, environment, and safety requirements; working in an office/remote home office. • Additional information: USA eligibility, legal work status, and EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer notice.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or minimum of 5 years’ experience (experience in place of education allowed) • Ability to identify customer needs, build new customer base, and maintain relationships for future business • Experience in management of commercial contracts • Experience in negotiations and claim management • Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook • Willingness to travel 50-60% in North America • Must be organized, able to manage time, prioritize, pay close attention to detail, and work independently or as part of a team
