📋 Description

• Provide programming and development support to extend and enhance the functionality of the OnBase platform. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and scripted job aids. • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations and interfaces between multiple enterprise systems. • Peer review, test, and validate new or updated programmatic functionality to ensure visual accuracy and functional quality. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements and rules and translate them into actionable technical solutions or user stories. • Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools and approaches to improve efficiency and system capabilities. • Work closely with internal teams and external vendor resources to diagnose and resolve technical issues down to the root cause. • Implement system enhancements, configuration changes and optimizations within the OnBase environment. • Develop, configure and maintain workflow solutions, automation processes and document management features in OnBase. • Coordinate departmental change requests from initial business analysis through configuration and implementation. • Create training materials and provide documentation to support newly implemented workflows or system enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of experience in OnBase development, configuration and workflow management. • Proficiency in OnBase workflow, WorkView, configuration and automation tools. • Experience with SQL, .NET/C#, and JavaScript for scripting and development. • Experience developing APIs, integrations and system connectors. • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across OnBase components and integration points. • Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated technical solutions. • Experience gathering requirements, documenting system changes and supporting end-users. • Ability to create training materials for new workflows and enhancements. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
