📋 Description

• Coordinate routines supporting the academic offering • Monitor parameterization, integration, and deployment processes across institutional environments • Guide and monitor the execution of activities related to academic offering operations • Monitor and identify inconsistencies between systems and databases • Coordinate the analysis and handling of operational risks • Structure traceability workflows for completed actions • Collaborate with the various departments involved in delivering the academic offering • Support the development and updating of dashboards, tracking databases, and performance indicators • Coordinate operational routines and lead the team, promoting technical development and knowledge continuity • Support the standardization, organization, and documentation of departmental processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field • Graduate degree preferred in Project Management, Process Management, Data, Technology, or a related field • Experience with process management, operational support, systems parameterization, performance indicators, or academic management • Knowledge of the higher education sector and digital learning environments • Experience with academic systems and/or educational platforms is a plus • Knowledge of database analysis, information cross-referencing, and inconsistency identification • Experience monitoring projects and schedules, prioritizing demands, and collaborating with multiple departments • Knowledge of agile methodologies, risk management, continuous improvement, and process documentation is a plus • Ability to coordinate teams, organize routines, and monitor deliverables • Strong institutional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments • Analytical, organized, collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented profile • Systems thinking and the ability to transform operational knowledge into documented, traceable, and scalable processes
