📋 Description

• Support the daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of the channel’s key performance indicators, including visits, leads, applicants, admitted students, enrollments, conversion, and target achievement • Update and consolidate reports, dashboards, presentations, and management controls to support decision-making • Conduct initial analyses of the sales funnel, identifying opportunities, deviations, trends, risks, and areas requiring attention • Support the comparison of results across brands, regions, teams, channels, and periods • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion metrics • Support the preparation of executive analyses and materials for performance review meetings • Review and validate information available in internal tools and databases, flagging potential discrepancies • Support sales teams in organizing and monitoring the routines of the Companies, Schools, and Trade Channel • Monitor the execution of sales initiatives, campaigns, and strategies defined for different brands and regions • Support the tracking of requests, deadlines, deliverables, and owners, contributing to the execution of initiatives according to schedule • Organize information related to company, school, partner, and business opportunity portfolios • Support portfolio segmentation and prioritization based on potential, historical performance, profile, and growth opportunities • Contribute to monitoring partner prospecting, relationship-building, and activation initiatives • Support the identification of opportunities to expand partnerships and generate new demand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to organize, process, and analyze data and prepare reports and presentations • Familiarity with commercial KPIs and sales funnel monitoring • Knowledge of or interest in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Basic knowledge of BI and data analysis tools • Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, relationship management, and portfolio management • Ability to organize information and manage multiple requests
