📋 Description

• Conduct mediation sessions to deepen subject-matter knowledge and strengthen student learning • Proactively engage in the virtual learning environment by addressing questions, encouraging participation, and monitoring forum interactions • Support the lead instructor in grading written assessments, ensuring pedagogical consistency and alignment with established criteria • Participate in the student welcome program, supporting new students and conducting make-up sessions for late entrants • Maintain ongoing communication with the lead instructor to align academic and pedagogical strategies • Take part in institutional training programs to continuously improve mediation practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Technology, or related fields, plus a specialization in the area • Master’s or doctoral degree considered an advantage • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI and knowledge of data analysis • Experience in mentoring, teaching, or tutoring • Graduate-level qualification – Specialization/MBA
