📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects with a high degree of autonomy • Manage scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and deliverables • Plan, execute, and monitor projects • Ensure quality, governance, and alignment with strategic objectives • Map, analyze, and redesign processes related to projects • Identify bottlenecks, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement • Promote process standardization, documentation, and traceability • Drive continuous process improvement • Analyze project and process performance metrics and data • Anticipate risks and propose solutions • Support business areas in structuring workflows, management routines, and operating models • Contribute to operational efficiency and value creation for the business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Proficiency in traditional and agile project management methodologies • Experience with project and portfolio management tools and process documentation • Ability to develop schedules, metrics, executive reports, and process maps (AS IS / TO BE) • Knowledge of governance, standardization, and documentation for projects and processes • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
