📋 Description

• Conduct regular alignment meetings with the team to ensure clarity of priorities, task direction, and consistency in process execution. • Assign and monitor tasks, organize service queues, and track the performance of internship attendants. • Provide technical and operational support to the team, clarifying doubts, providing guidance on policies, and ensuring standardized analyses and procedures. • Oversee internship processes (mandatory and optional) with the team, ensuring compliance with current legislation and institutional policies. • Monitor deadlines, workflows, and outstanding issues daily, ensuring SLA compliance, operational conformity, and efficient service. • Maintain ongoing communication with coordinators and pro-rectors, tracking approvals/signatures and the progress of internship stages to ensure alignment and process fluidity. • Organize and participate in weekly results meetings, presenting progress, team status, and operational needs. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and practices, contributing to standardization, efficiency, and quality of experience for students, educational institutions, and partners. • Ensure proper review of internship contracts, addenda, terminations, and activity reports. • Reopen protocols when necessary, ensuring accurate updating of records. • Sign internship contracts, ensuring adherence to legal and institutional requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Prior experience leading operational teams, customer service, or administrative areas. • Knowledge of internship legislation (Brazilian Internship Law No. 11.788/2008). • Experience in document analysis and management of administrative processes. • Experience monitoring performance indicators, SLAs, and productivity. • Knowledge of queue management, demand control, and deadline monitoring. • Ability to lead meetings, align teams, and track results. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and process management tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with teams, educational institutions, and clients.
