📋 Description

• Apoyar el cierre de mes como parte de un flujo de trabajo estructurado • Conciliar bancos, tarjetas de crédito, cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar; procesar transacciones según GAAP • Mantener registros contables precisos y preparar paquetes de informes estándar para clientes • Usar herramientas de IA para agilizar revisiones de cierre, conciliaciones y tareas recurrentes • Redactar observaciones, resúmenes y comunicaciones listas para el cliente con apoyo de IA

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia con ciclos de cierre de mes • Sólido conocimiento de fundamentos contables (GAAP, estados financieros) • Fuertes habilidades en Excel • Experiencia práctica con herramientas de IA (Claude, Claude Cowork, o similar) • Capacidad para validar resultados de herramientas de IA
