📋 Description

• Review provider-level data and KPIs to identify coaching and training opportunities. • Translate data into clear, actionable development plans. • Build personalized development plans based on experience level, performance data, and observed opportunities. • Design and manage a scalable provider education and training process across the platform. • Build a connected Annie provider community across locations, brands, and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a medical aesthetics provider, including hands-on injecting experience (RN, NP, or PA preferred) • 4+ years in a clinical operations role with demonstrated people leadership and project execution • Strong understanding of injectables, lasers, skin health, treatment planning, consultation dynamics, and client experience • Excellent project management skills • Ability to give direct, kind, actionable feedback across all provider skill levels.
