📋 Description
• Disciplinary leadership of the Engineering Quality Assurance team • Coordination of workload, project allocation, and recruiting • Defining standardized procedures and methods • Supporting projects in the application of test management • Managing project dependencies • Supporting proposal preparation through test effort estimations • Developing strategies, tools, and processes for automated testing • Creating test strategies for complex systems • Planning and managing project schedules in the quality and testing context
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field • Several years of professional experience as a test manager and test designer • Technical leadership and, ideally, initial disciplinary management experience • Familiarity with test design methodologies and verification procedures • ISTQB Certified Tester qualification is an advantage • Preferably experience in test automation • High commitment and reliability • Strong communication skills and empathy • Good written and spoken English
