📋 Description

• Run end-to-end tests on new features before release across web and mobile applications • Own the release process by testing staging builds, running the final quality gate, and supporting faster releases • Develop risk-based test plans for critical telehealth workflows, patient-facing experiences, privacy-sensitive functionality, and high-impact production changes • Perform Android mobile device testing, including reproducing and verifying device-specific issues • Triage, track, and manage bugs through closure while controlling the backlog • Partner with engineering and product to define test coverage and prioritize issues • Build and maintain automated tests to expand coverage and accelerate regression testing

🎯 Requirements

• Solid QA/software testing experience, ideally in a fast-moving product environment • Experience writing and improving test automation and test infrastructure • Experience using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex to build and improve automation • Hands-on Android device testing experience • Comfortable testing web applications end to end • Experience across development, staging, and production environments and release processes • Strong bug tracking, test case management, and triage skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with judgment to distinguish release-blocking issues from minor issues • Ability to drive quality independently while partnering closely with engineering and product • Healthcare or telehealth experience is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) is a nice-to-have • Experience helping a team move toward a continuous release cycle is a nice-to-have • Required application assessment: two voice recordings of 60 seconds or less, submitted in MP3 format or via Vocaroo • Must provide a professional background overview emphasizing QA/software testing experience • Must provide an example of a tested web or mobile feature/workflow and its key outcome
