📋 Description

• Own multiple value streams for the Ansira product portfolio. • Accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategy and discovery through delivery and optimization, operating within the SAFe agile framework. • Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, defining a compelling product vision. • Collaborate with product architects and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, market-leading solutions. • Partner closely with sales, client services, marketing, and support to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and training. • Maintain and communicate timely updates on product progress, roadmap changes, and key metrics to stakeholders across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field. • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle in SaaS, digital platforms, or enterprise software. • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to shape product vision. • Strong ability to define go-to-market strategies and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure adoption and revenue growth. • Skilled in data-driven decision-making: comfortable with product analytics, KPIs, A/B testing, and user insights to guide prioritization. • Demonstrated success in setting product vision and influencing executive-level stakeholders. • Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. • Experience with portfolio management and prioritizing investments across multiple initiatives. • Exceptional leadership presence, with the ability to mentor POs, PMs, and cross-functional teams. • Excellent storytelling and communication skills; able to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
