📋 Description

• Serve as part of Anthology’s Logos data science team tackling innovative Data/AI/ML problems and leveraging the Illuminate data platform • Prototype complex AI and ML based solutions for Anthology products and perform custom AI/ML model development, training and evaluation • Participate in client-facing user research to gather feedback on prototypes • Interface with Anthology engineering teams to help them integrate internal and external AI/ML models and advance analytics in their products • Explore and perform statistical analysis of data to support internal company decisions and demonstrate thought leadership in EdTech • Work with partners (AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, and others) to grow and improve the AI/ML toolbox and knowledge • Occasional travel to the U.S. or Europe may be required

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of professional experience • Proficiency in common Python libraries for analysis of data and machine learning (Numpy, Scikit-learn, Torch, TensorFlow, etc.) • Deep understanding of wide variety of ML models and techniques • Ability to create robust high-quality Python code that adheres to best practices such as thorough unit testing • Proven track record of successfully designing, developing and deploying custom complex AI/ML solutions • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data lake technologies • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services • Strong experience working with Git • Experience with CI/CD technologies (GitHub actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.) • Experience working with R • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences and mentor junior team members • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above • CVs SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED • Must be located in Colombia (Remote - Colombia ONLY) • Preferred: • Experience with Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock • Knowledge of Data Version Control and Continuous Machine Learning • Experience with Azure • Experience with Snowflake, Snowpark and Snowflake Cortex • Significant engineering experience, especially in the area of data engineering • Experience with research, research study design and scientific publishing
