📋 Description

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and repairs on measuring instruments at customer sites • Carry out service and qualification work in regulated GMP environments, including the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries • Document all completed work accurately and comprehensively • Support customers by telephone, email, and in person on site • Independently plan service visits • Manage your own spare parts inventory • Support product development by providing customer feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training, for example as an electronics technician, industrial mechanic, or mechatronics technician • Further training as a state-certified technician is preferred • Strong technical aptitude and an interest in a broad product portfolio • Independent, solution-oriented approach to work • Strong service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction • Willingness to travel regularly with overnight stays and occasionally work in other service regions • Fluent German • Advanced English skills • Class 3 or Category B driving licence • Willingness to undertake extensive travel throughout the northwest Germany service region
