📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the Southwest Region sales territory and contribute to its success • Maintain and expand customer relationships in industry, research and development, quality assurance, and at universities and colleges • Acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships • Conduct sales negotiations independently • Ensure sustainable development of the sales territory • Provide technical consulting and develop customer-specific solutions • Conduct equipment demonstrations and assist with equipment installations at customer sites • Conduct product training sessions and technical presentations for customers, universities, and internal employees • Collaborate with the support team and sales colleagues on joint sales strategies • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials science, or a comparable field of natural science • Passion for sales and providing technical advice on products that require explanation • Fluency in German • Good command of English • Independent, structured approach to work • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Confident demeanor when interacting with a variety of contacts • Class B driver’s license
