• Analyze and develop requirements for payroll processing • Design and create detailed requirement specifications, prioritize requirements, and own the product backlog • Collaborate closely with our clients and conduct/participate in workshops to ensure a thorough understanding and incorporation of client needs • Maintain content in our systems; analyze and update changes in collective agreements/tariff regulations • Support subject-matter quality assurance • Work with agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum, Design Thinking, and Personas
• Relevant training or professional experience (minimum 3 years) in payroll processing in previous roles • Knowledge of collective bargaining/tariff agreements (preferably in the public sector context, e.g., TVöD, TV-L, AVR) • Interest in and aptitude for analytical work • Basic IT understanding and an affinity for technology • Enjoy collaborating with a team to develop solutions • Methodical and independent working style • Very good German language skills (C1+)
