• You’ll play a central role in building and improving our Legal AI Workspace • Legal data sourcing • Log monitoring and DevOps • Model management • Prompt quality control • Agent workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in Python • Frameworks: Flask • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex and LLMs such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini • Required experience working with and consuming LLMs via API • Strong Python skills, API development/consumption and database management are helpful • Rust experience is a plus • Experience with React or Svelte to rewrite and improve the frontend in a JS framework is important • Experience with other JS frameworks is a plus • Pragmatic, curious and eager to adopt new tools or approaches when they improve outcomes • Familiarity with containerization (Docker), DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows • Use AI-assisted tools such as Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to generate and refactor code based on prompts and context • Collaborate with product managers, designers and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions • Confident working with AI-assisted development environments (e.g. Cursor IDE, Amazon Q, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and able to validate and refine their output independently • Fluent German (B2+) is a plus for cross-team and stakeholder collaboration
