• Enhance the developer experience and efficiency for robotics software engineers. • Streamline development throughout the lifecycle by focusing on local builds, CI/CD pipelines, robot testing and deployment. • Collaborate with quality engineers, release automation engineers, and configuration management engineers to ensure a robust, high-performing, and user-friendly system. • Optimize how engineers work with ANYmal and contribute to cutting-edge robot technology.
🎯 Requirements
• Engineering or science degree with a focus on computer science, electrical engineering or robotics. • Excellent at developing and optimizing advanced CI/CD pipelines • Strong experience with C++ and Python development in a robotics context. • Strong proficiency with ROS/ROS2 for robotics development. • Strong experience with Docker and Docker Compose for containerized development environments. • Strong with build systems (e.g. CMake, catkin, colcon) • Strong in self-coordination, able to structure your work independently and deliver results. • Good understanding of modern developer experience tools and practices, including VSCode and Devcontainers. • Interested in working with select external partners and learning from users (in the field).
