Anyone AI is a Latin America–focused career accelerator and training academy that develops software engineers into AI and machine learning professionals through intensive, remote, mentor-led programs. It combines technical coursework (e. g. , Machine Learning Developer track), professional preparation (resume/LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, English practice), and a placement-oriented model (income-share payments and access to employer partnerships) to help graduates secure higher-paying AI roles globally. Anyone AI also operates a talent marketplace connecting its community to companies seeking AI talent.

📋 Description

• Review and adapt lectures and assignments on ML/AI. • Deliver live lectures or assignments totaling 8 hours a week. • Deliver lectures on ML/AI topics and perform code reviews. • Respond to student questions and provide guidance through Slack, Zoom, or related tools. • Provide regular feedback on student performance through the training program. • Update materials periodically and monitor course evaluations for adjustments. • Meet with the Program Coordinator and Mentors regularly for successful activity coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background in math, programming, and machine learning. • Hands-on experience in AI/ML, solving real-world problems. • Expert level proficiency in using Machine learning packages for Python (numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, etc); experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc), deployment with Docker, and AWS or similar cloud environment, data science libraries (Pandas, Airflow, etc) and databases (SQL, etc). • Interest in student engagement, motivation, and teaching. • Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
